Aromatic Salt

300g cause salt
3 sprigs rosemary
6 sage leaves
1 clove garlic
Pinch pepper
 
Method
 
Strip leaves from rosemary
Put all ingredients into the bowl of a hand blender and blend for a few seconds.
Put aromatic salt in a clean glass jar.
It will keep 10+days.
 
Cooks note: you can use fine sea salt as well as cause sea salt. 
                     can be used to add flavour to roasted or grilled meat.
