Mushroom Ketchup

1½ cups brown sauce ()
½ cup button mushrooms
½ oz butter salt
Peel the mushrooms and remove stalks.
Heat the butter in a saucepan put in the mushrooms and 
toss them over heat for 10mins. 
Drain off any butter that remained unabsorbed, 
add the brown sauce, season to taste. 

Serve hot.
